BOB MCCAIG SWEETGRASS SCHOLARSHIP
Established in 2020 to honour the memory of community leader Bob McCaig. He was a generous supporter of his community, education and the environment.
Each year one award will be given covering the first year of tuition with the possible renewal up to four years.
Six awards of $1,500 also will be given, one to a student from each high school within Elgin County.

ACTIVE LIVING SCHOLARSHIP
Established by the OhiOntario International Friendship Games Association to support post-secondary education in the area of physical activity.

COSTELLO MUSIC AND STORYTELLING SCHOLARSHIP
Established by Mickey and Gerry Costello, this fund celebrates talented music and storytelling performers from Elgin County through scholarship awards.

DENNIS REDMAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Supporting post-secondary education in firefighting and emergency services.

ELGIN-CFDC HELEN LEFRANK SCHOLARSHIP
Provides an annual scholarship to recognize youth interested in a career in business and/or entrepreneurial disciplines.

JOANNE BROOKS COMMUNITY FUND SCHOLARSHIP
A family fund in memory of former mayor Joanne Brooks. This fund supports automotive scholarships.

OAK TREE SCHOLARSHIP
Annual scholarship for any resident of Southwold Township who is graduating, or has graduated, from secondary school and is going on to postsecondary studies in the areas of agriculture, the environment, veterinary services, horticulture, or equine care.

ST. THOMAS ELGIN TOURIST ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP
Awards annual scholarships for post-secondary school education in a travel and tourism related area of study.
